November Roundup | NHS Induction, Thanksgiving and Black Friday Haul

On Tuesday I was inducted into National Honor Society along with my friends.  My parents (above) brought me 2 dozen roses, my favorite. :)

Our Thanksgiving Table...we picked up new dishes from HomeGoods, I'm absolutely loving them!

So on Black Friday I actually ended up finishing all of my Christmas shopping which is very exciting!  So here is what I got!

At Old Navy EVERYTHING was 50% OFF!!!
I got my little sister Tori this puffer vest for $15
this adorable shirt for $7
and the coordinating leggings for $5

Macy's was having some sale - their coupons weren't helping me, but I got these Nike joggers for my brother for 30% off, they ended up being $40.  This jean shirt from Target that I got my brother Zach was only $12.  Then earlier in the week I went to TJMaxx and got him these plaid pajama pants joggers for $15.

Abercrombie and Fitch was all 50% off so I got these two things for myself...
I got this shirt that crosses in the front for $24

I also got this leather skirt for $25!

Also, while I was in Target on black Friday I got this workout top for 40% OFF!!

Also, when I went to TJMaxx earlier in the week I got Sampson my dog this cute toy...

.and I got him this adorable green puffer vest! :)

It's Finally Friday!! The spring semester is in full swing for this girl, however, spring break is in 7 days and counting, so things are looking up! Today I am sharing my college grocery staples, because at least at my school the food is not great and I mainly go to the dining hall for dinner. I am gluten-free, so everything on this list to the best of my knowledge is gluten-free! I do 99% of my grocery shopping at Wegmans and if you are from New York (other than NYC) you know how amazing this grocery store is! Above I am wearing my typical errands outfit, comfy and warm!

Today's outfit is what I wear is a great depiction of what I would love to wear everyday, thermals, my favorite leggings, and hunters which are great for the tons of snow we have in New York. I love wearing this outfit and outfits like it to my classes and like today, to run errands. This thermal is so warm and insanely cozy!



Well, it’s official, I’m no longer a teenager, on Sunday I turned 20! So, in honor of having two decades of my life under my belt, today I am sharing twenty things I have learned in the past twenty years! Holy crap, I cannot believe how old I am, now that I am writing this post, haha!
ONE – Stay positive Over the last year specifically I have really learned that positivity is one of the most important characteristics that I want to have. When someone thinks of me, I want them to think of a positive person. Just trying to be more positive really helps me to just have a better day and to be an overall happier person in general. While the rest of this post is not in order based on importance, this is my number one thing I have learned before I turned 20!
